June 11 (Cover Mongolia) New issuance notice filed today reveals that Modun Resources Ltd. (ASX:MOU), a Mongolia-focused coal explorer that owns the Nuurst Thermal Coal Project in Tuv Aimag, issued 200 million shares at A$0.002 raising a total A$400,000. Half of that was to a sophisticated investor in an undisclosed placement for working capital, and the other half to Non-Executive Chairman Hugh David Warner, according to a director’s interest notice filed on the same day.
Announcements were made after today’s market close. MOU last traded yesterday at A$0.002, down 50% this year.
