Temasek Maintains 8.5% Turquoise Hill Stake Fully Exercising Rights
February 11 (Cover Mongolia) An Amended Statement of Ownership notice filed with the SEC by Temasek Holdings and its wholly-owned subsidiary Tembusu Capital, which through it indirectly holds Turquoise Hill Resources (NYSE:TRQ, TSX:TRQ) stake, reveals Temasek fully exercised its rights to maintain its 8.5% stake in TRQ or 171,524,394 shares post-rights issue.
